- Anti-tarnish and waterproof/water-resistant claims apply only to products for which such claims are expressly stated on the product page. Product performance may vary with use, chemicals, cosmetics, sweat, humidity, water exposure, and storage conditions.
- Product availability may change without prior notice.
3. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed on the website and may be changed from time to time. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, or other charges will be shown or communicated as applicable. Online payment is required for orders placed through the website. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available.
4. Order Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes a request to purchase. An order may be accepted, rejected, or cancelled by Nikaju where reasonably necessary, including due to stock issues, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, payment failure, address/serviceability issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If Nikaju cancels a prepaid order, the eligible amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded through the applicable payment method/process.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate name, email, shipping address, and other information required for delivery.
- Review the order details before payment.
- Ensure someone is available to receive the shipment where required.
- Follow jewellery care instructions to maintain product appearance and finish.

The Nikaju name, logo, website design, photographs, graphics, product descriptions, text, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to Nikaju and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any dispute will be subject to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to the customer.
