Yes. Selected Nikaju jewellery is designed with anti-tarnish properties to help maintain its shine and finish for longer. However, the lifespan of the finish depends on usage, moisture, sweat, perfumes, cosmetics, and storage. For best results, follow our jewellery care recommendations.

Selected Nikaju pieces are designed to be waterproof/water-resistant as specified on the individual product page. While they are made for everyday exposure to moisture, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to water, swimming pools, seawater, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals to help maintain the finish.

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier serviceability, distance, weather conditions, public holidays, registered holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

Yes. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹449 within India. For orders below ₹449, applicable shipping charges will be shown at checkout.

No. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available. All orders must be paid for online through the available payment options at checkout.

Yes, Nikaju offers international shipping to selected destinations. International shipping charges and any applicable customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, or other destination-country charges may apply and are generally the responsibility of the customer. Yes. You can request cancellation until your order has been dispatched. Please email nikaju.care@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is generally not available.

Yes. A minimum return shipping/handling charge of ₹100 may apply and may vary depending on the situation, location, courier charges, and reason for return. Where an issue is attributable to Nikaju, such as an approved wrong or damaged item, the applicable return shipping charge may be waived or adjusted after verification.
